Description of a New Project Development in Romania of 10ha hydroponic greenhouses (tomatoes).

participant.
We introduce the opportunity to invest into an industrial large scale greenhouse in Romania focused on tomatoes or other
vegetables, that will take advantage of a fragmented supply market and increasing demand and prices.
The greenhouse will lower Romanian demand for imported tomatoes/vegetables (while not excluding the opportunity to export to
other European countries). The project is composed of two distinct, however, the combined components aimed to set up a
high-efficiency greenhouse plantation of vegetables using an alternative source of energy (electrical and heat).
The project will improve the carbon footprint even further, given that the to-date high volume of imported tomatoes (90,000 tons;
average distance of supplying countries about 1,200km) will to a meaningful extent be substituted by locally produced tomatoes.
The bankable Project, with an excellent KPI’s projection, is minimizing the risks of the investment.
